I set a 19 mm fan knot in this very beautiful handle. The color pattern is very elegant and the handle is very comfortable. The depth was about 12 mm, but I sanded it down another 2 or 3 mm and the Silvertip fan now has nice backbone. The acrylic is very strong and was not easy to sand down, but the end result is excellent.

The 24mm size I purchased was actually a little larger... around 25mm or so. I roughed up the inner hole with some 360 grit emery paper and cleaned with alcohol. The clear silicone adhesive provided an excellent grab on the Ultra Density High Mountain White Silvertip Badger Hair Shaving Brush Knot (24mm x 68mm).
Let cure for 24 hours,

I really like this handle. It turned out to be a bit larger than my brush holder, but it squeezes in there. The acrylic is a bit soft on the finish, but all in all it is a great upgrade from my generic wooden handled brush
